Frenchie
Frenchie is Greg Marchand’s Michelin-starred restaurant on rue du Nil, opened in 2009 after more than a decade spent cooking in London, Hong Kong, New York and beyond. His cuisine brings together French foundations and international influences, with a seasonal menu built around carefully sourced ingredients and produce from trusted suppliers. The cooking is refined but generous, reflecting Marchand’s open, personal approach rather than a traditional fine dining style. Sustainability is also an important part of the restaurant’s philosophy, with a focus on seasonality, local and organic products whenever possible, and reducing its environmental impact. Intimate and relaxed, Frenchie remains the heart of the group that has since grown around rue du Nil.
