Frenchie
Gregory Marchand opened the restaurant in April 2009 in Paris’ second arrondissement.
At the beginning Greg was alone in the kitchen with one member of staff helping guests in the dining room. After a while the team grew (together with the menu and the wine list).
After 5 years Frenchie went under reinvention: new decor, new style and the dining room was redesigned by Emilie Bonaventure.
