Le Repaire de Cartouche
The chef Rodolphe grew up in Angerville-Bailleul in Normandy. In the family home, he discovered traditional cuisine, which he would perfect a few years later after training with Jean Bardet. In 1997, he created the Repaire de Cartouche, a Parisian bistro where the warm and rustic atmosphere charms both new and experienced customers. Passionate and inventive, the chef does not hesitate to revisit traditional dishes to satisfy gastronomy enthusiasts.
