Restaurant Gaya

Gaya is Pierre Gagnaire’s michelin-starred seafood restaurant, close to Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Musée d’Orsay. Behind its bright blue façade, the dining room has the feel of an elegant, uncluttered brasserie. The menu changes with the seasons and centers on oysters, shellfish and fish in classic preparations, from line-caught sole meunière to John Dory roasted whole for two, alongside a few meat dishes.
