In Japanese “Koto” means “ancient capital”, and the name represents the restaurant’s willingness to develop and propose the Japanese tradition.

With four venues all around Tuscany, Koto Ramen aims at re-elaborate the Japanese Ramen, keeping a respectful eye on the tradition.
