Angiolo Bani is the chef of “Myo“, the restaurant bistrot hosted by Centro Pecci, in Prato, Italy. The informal gathering point allow to enjoy  from a good coffee, a complete breakfast, a traditional/fusion lunch, to  cocktails and wine in the evening. Myo Restaurant is an easy but elegant place, where the quality is very much taken into account, thanks to an extraordinary attention to details.
