Riviera Bar

Opened in 1949, the Riviera Bar was one of the main meeting points of art classes, student and political activists in the city of São Paulo, especially during the decades of ’60 and ’70. In 2006 the bar closed its doors and since then, guided by a common desire, the businessman Facundo Guerra, partner Vegas Group, and the chef Alex Atala, owner of restaurants DOM and Dalva e Dito, focused their efforts on re-opening of this icon of São Paulo bohemia. In the same place there in the classic cross from Paulista Avenue and Consolação Street, revived the Riviera Bar.
