Arieddas is the signature restaurant of the Su’Entu winery in Sanluri, offering an authentic culinary journey through the heart of the Marmilla region. Surrounded by vineyards, the restaurant celebrates the gastronomic heritage of inland Sardinia with a philosophy rooted in authenticity, sustainability, and a deep love for the local territory.

Led by chef Francesco Vitale, the kitchen showcases regional ingredients reinterpreted with contemporary elegance: from traditional breads and handcrafted pastas to local legumes and Sardinia’s renowned saffron.
