Fradis Minoris is a Michelin-starred restaurant set within the natural oasis of Nora Lagoon, on the southern coast of Sardinia. Surrounded by water and Mediterranean landscapes, the restaurant offers a unique waterfront setting and close relationship with the surrounding ecosystem, making it one of the island’s most distinctive gastronomic destinations.
