Restaurant Caruso Timisoara started from a dream to become a good restaurant and bringing to market the first restaurant with fine dining. Since opening in 2014, the team led by Viorel Barsan chef always surprised guests with innovative cuisine and reinterpreted classic recipes, all covered in modern eclectic style , the new feature fusion cuisine . It is somewhat easy to drive a kitchen of a French restaurant or Italian restaurant , as well as every cuisine typical of a country or region has the classic rules of preparation. But the art of combining these cultures and traditions and create dishes chosen is really great achievement and it is the strength of our cuisine .
