EDIT (Eat Drink Innovate Together) originates from the initiative of Marco Brignone, who invested in the opening of this experimental space with the aim to contribute to the revaluation of Aurora district of Turin.

Set within a former industrial building, it brings together a restaurant, brewery, cocktail bar, bakery, and event area – all designed with a modern, open aesthetic that encourages collaboration and social connection. From artisanal pizza and refined cuisine to craft beer and mixology, it’s a dynamic hub that blends Turin’s industrial heritage with a forward-looking spirit.
