EDIT

EDIT (Eat Drink Innovate Together) originates from the initiative of Marco Brignone, who invested in the opening of this experimental space with the aim to contribute to the revaluation of Aurora district of Turin. EDIT is divided into different corners, namely the Bakery Cafè, the Brewery, the Pub, the Cocktail Bar, the Restaurant and the Kitchens (four professional kitchens and a room used for showcooking initiatives). In this way EDIT combines gastronomic experimentation with sharing, since all its spaces and tools can be rented by professionals or other firms of the field.
