Le Vitel Etonné

Founded in 2001 from Luisa Pandolfi’s passion for food and wine, Le Vitel Etonné takes its name from a playful mix of French and Piedmontese – a nod to both surprise (étonné) and the region’s beloved vitello tonnato, the restaurant’s signature dish.

The menu draws inspiration from Piedmontese tradition, enriched with Mediterranean influences and thoughtful options for vegetarians and vegans. Each dish reflects a careful search for the best seasonal and local ingredients, sourced in close collaboration with trusted producers who share the same respect for the land and its rhythms.
