Snodo is the restaurant located inside the OGR, Turin, opened from early morning to late night and offering diversified menus according to the time of the day. The gastronomic proposals, served in the various lounge spaces which compose this spot, mix traditional Piedmont’s recipes with an experimental approach and techniques like low-temperature and quick cooking, while the dishes are assembled with selected and local ingredients.
