Wasabi is a landmark in Japanese dining in Turin, widely recognised as one of the first authentic Japanese restaurants in the region. Under the direction of Chef Masanori Tezuka (from Kobe), the restaurant embraces the art of traditional Japanese cuisine – sashimi, nigiri, ramen, omakase menus – always with meticulous sourcing of fresh ingredients and a clear focus on craftsmanship.

The ambiance is intimate and refined, with areas where you remove your shoes for tatami seating, creating a serene atmosphere far removed from the usual “all-you-can-eat” experience.
