At Adriatico Mar the protagonist is the Adriatic Sea.
The osteria recreates, in a modern variety, products, foods, wines, meats and cheeses that until a few decades ago were everyday’s food and drink in Venice. Wine, olives and yoghurt from the Aegean, Istrian Malvasia wines from the venetian hinterland, “Primitivo” from Puglia accompany cheeses from Friuli, Trentino, the Conero riviera, salame from Treviso, Dalmatian fish and sausages and especially fresh vegetables “zero kilometers” from the islands of the venetian lagoon. Separate food preparation facilities and menu proposals for celiacs.
Moreover, Francesco Molinari Corner, the owner, comes from an ancient venetian family dating back to the times of the Serenissima (the Corner family gave more than one “Doge” to the Republic).
