Everything began in 1980 on the bridge in Campo delle Beccarie in Rialto, where Nadia and Diego initially offered traditional cuisine paired with a selection of wines, at the tasting counter. In 1996, the restaurant moved to the San Marco area, subsequently receiving three forks in the Michelin Guide. This was just the beginning of a continuous process of renewal and growth.

Today, the place is managed by their son, Simone, who continues to offer quality in his own way. Inspired by french bistronomy, he transformed the restaurant into a gastrosteria: a gastronomic tavern, which combines a welcoming yet “easy” atmosphere with creative and seasonal cuisine. All products are exclusively natural: from the raw material (including homemade bread) to wine (with over 550 natural and biodynamic labels) and specialty coffee.
