Birraria La Corte
Until the 17th century, the space of Birraria la Corte was used as a resting place for the bulls released during the carnival games. Subsequently, as evidenced by the 19th-century golden mosaic at the entrance, the restaurant was occupied by the first pilsner-method brewery in Italy.
Birraria la Corte opened in 1998, restoring the place with modern materials yet respecting the original structure, aiming to create an avant-garde restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. It serves contemporary Venetian cuisine and pizza. The kitchen presents a seasonal and dynamic menu, which has its roots in Venetian recipes and rethinks them in a simple and essential way.
Thanks to its collaboration with Birrificio del Doge, a project of young and local beer lovers, Birraria La Corte offers high-quality beverages in a close connection with the local territory.
