After nearly two decades spent honing his craft in Italian kitchens, first in Japan and then in Italy, Chef Masahiro Homma has finally established his own small culinary kingdom at Osteria Giorgione. His cuisine is deeply rooted in Japanese tradition, infused with the precision, dedication, and respect for ingredients characteristic of his homeland.

The restaurant offers mostly fish dishes and the Chef’s own selection of “Japanese” cicchetti. The feeling of authentic Japanese cuisine in the heart of Venice is priceless.
