Opened in 2023 by Andrea Lorenzon, this restaurant offers a refined yet playful approach to Venetian cuisine, blending tradition with contemporary creativity. Pietra Rossa celebrates local flavours with a commitment to ethical, seasonal ingredients, sourcing from Sant’Erasmo’s Osti in Orto and selecting sustainable meats, Adriatic fish, and Slow Food products.
