A Michelin start restaurant in Forte dei Marmi, facing the seaside. Founded in 1980 the restaurant was launched by the initiative of Lorenzo Viani, and his daughter Chiara with the aim of establishing a harmonious fusion between the dining room and gourmet cuisine. Chef Gioacchino Pontrelli, who has been directing these stoves for over 30 years, is still today the creator of proposals that praise the freshness of the fish.
