Kieliszki

Beata Gaweda is the co-owner of Kieliszki na Próżnej along with Paweł Demianiuk, one of the country’s finest sommeliers. The creative Polish menu here is traditional yet modernized and served with “tapas attitude.” Kieliszki proposes an impressive wine portfolio, from known small and medium-sized producers from their regions but the dominant source of wine here is Italy. The main wall of the restaurant is adorned with a mural by Mariusz Tarkawian and is titled “Lexicon of 2015”.
