U Kucharzy was established by Adam Gessler, in the souterrain of former Hotel Europe. Today the restaurant has changed location due to the renovation of the Hotel Europe. Now it is in one wing of National Museum of Archaeology in the center of Warsaw. U Kucharzy fuses haute cuisine with an intimate atmosphere and gastronomic wonders with convivial simplicity. While waiting for your order, you can watch one of the master chefs prepare the steak tartare right next to your table. In fact, all the food is prepared right in front of you; the “food as theater” concept is alive and kicking at U Kucharzy.
