Anna Stuben offers a Michelin-starred dining experience that combines refined creativity with deep regional roots. Led by chef internationally recognised chef Reimund Brunner, the restaurant transforms predominantly local ingredients into elegant and contemporary creations. While strongly inspired by the culinary traditions of Alto Adige, the menu also explores lighter and fresher influences beyond the region, including subtle inspirations from the sea, with a focus on purity of flavor and reduced use of butter and sugar.

Since December 2024, Anna Stuben welcomes guests in a newly designed modern Stube adjacent to the hotel entrance, featuring only a few round tables, large panoramic windows, and a terrace overlooking the center of Ortisei. The gastronomic experience is completed by an exceptional wine cellar curated by sommelier Egon Perathoner, whose carefully selected labels perfectly accompany the chef’s sophisticated tasting menus.
