Restaurant Brera takes to Zurich the Milan atmosphere. The concept is simple: a small menu based on first-quality ingredients, prepared with passion. The proposalsBrer include the all-time favourites of Italian cuisine, including antipasti, homemade pasta, gnocchi and pizza – also gluten-free, several meat dishes and desserts. In the spacious bar-room, a varied list of wines, cocktails and lemonades is served, mixed with special bitters and vermouths and aged in wooden barrels.
The young restaurateurs managed to recreate a new dimension of Italian gastronomy, a place mixing casual atmosphere, design and love for simple Italian cuisine.
