LaSalle is part of the Schauspielhaus complex and was built in the form of a glass cube with the historic Schiffbau hall as a backdrop.
The majority of the dishes have their roots in French or Italian cuisines. The menu has an emphasis on fish and seafood but is richly complimented by meat and poultry, pasta and vegetarian creations. The menu is regularly updated to reflect seasonal products.
All the ingredients are fresh, of the finest quality and wherever possible are sourced from small scale, environmentally sensitive producers.
