Il Pollaio – Vineria Punk is a lively wine bar inside Bologna’s Mercato Albani. Founded by Matteo Gattoni, organizer of the natural wine festival Gusto Nudo, the space champions vini contadini from independent, low-intervention producers – what they proudly call vignaioli eretici.

The approach is deliberately informal: come to taste, drink, or linger over a glass in a convivial, market-driven setting. The focus is on expressive natural wines, paired with simple small plates, all served in a relaxed atmosphere that often includes music and spontaneous conversation.
