Vinoir
Established in 2012, Vinoir is a wine shop and laboratory dedicated to the discovery and sale of wines from small-scale artisans. The selection focuses on producers who cultivate their land with respect to create expressive wines that remain faithful to both grape variety and terroir.
As a self-described ‘enoteca-laboratory’, the establishment combines the sale of signature wines with educational and cultural initiatives. This approach includes wine courses, monographic evenings, and various events designed to share the traditions and craftsmanship behind each bottle. In 2017, Vinoir expanded to include a bistro. The kitchen emphasises fresh, seasonal raw materials and gastronomic dishes specifically curated to complement the artisanal wine selection.
