Wine bar
Déviant
Déviant is a lively natural wine bar in Paris’ 10th arrondissement, built around a marble counter, a changing selection of small plates, and an extensive list of low-intervention wines. There are no reservations and very little traditional seating, so the atmosphere is deliberately informal, with guests often standing at the bar or gathering outside. The food is bold and playful, drawing on French bistro cooking as well as broader international influences, while the wine list focuses on independent producers. With loud music, late opening hours, and a strong social energy, Déviant feels as much like a place to drink and meet people as it does to eat.
