Les Oeillets

Les Oeillets is a lively wine bar and restaurant in Paris’ 11th arrondissement, run by Maxime Dardeau and Solal Martin-Grondard. The concept is built around natural wine and a rotating programme of guest chefs, with a new residency bringing a different style of cooking to the kitchen each season. The food is served through small plates made for sharing, while the wine list focuses on independent producers and low-intervention bottles. With its relaxed atmosphere, simple interiors and constantly changing menu, Les Oeillets feels more like a neighborhood wine bar than a traditional restaurant, with the food evolving according to the chef in residence.
