Antigua and Barbuda 2017

The first participation of the country at the 2017 Venice Biennale showcases works by artist Frank Walker. The project is called “The Last Universal Man”.

As painter, writer, environmentalist, musician, sculptor, and philosopher, Walter explored universal themes such as memory, identity, and environmental sustainability. The diversity of his life work shows that Walter was the ultimate Vitruvian man.
