Argentina presents a space for collective relaxation—a place to sit, rest, and perhaps dream. Amidst the Biennale’s vast exhibitions, the pavilion invites visitors to pause and reflect.
At its core is the silobag, a storage technology from Argentina’s countryside. Repurposed for contemplation, this familiar yet unexpected element creates a striking contrast. Its scale, material, and colour shape a sensory experience that fosters new ways of engagement.
Praised for its coherence between concept and materialisation, the project offers a minimalist yet profound response to the Biennale’s theme, curated by Carlo Ratti. Through this dialogue, the Argentina Pavilion transforms rural ingenuity into a meaningful architectural statement.
