The participation of Bolivia at the 57th Venice Biennale is titled “Essence” and it celebrates art as a space in which all the relationships in which the human and humanistic have been preserved concentrated as essences that have been extracted from the products that South America contributed to the culinary world. The proposal of the three artists underlines a burden of conflict but with humor, freedom and utopias which invites visitors to re-read different areas of contemporary reality from Bolivia.
