For the 59th Venice Biennale, the Bulgarian Pavilion presents a solo exhibition of Michail Michailov.
The project “There You Are” explores the space of Spazio Ravà as an opportunity to turn the physical space into a symbolic one. This environment re-thinks the oppositions: exterior-interior, in- out, up-down, in the context of the body and its relation with the living space. Michail Michailov redesigns the visible and the invisible to reinforce the philosophical strategy in his unique world of images.
