The Pavilion departs from the acknowledgement that identifying one’s own errors is the key prerequisite for developing collective intelligence systems within non-ideal and complex conditions. Linking directly to the overarching topic of “Intelligens,” the group of authors peeks into the “Pandora’s Box” of the Croatian built environment and draws from it a series of context-based case study errors, seen as spatial manifestations of various planning, governance, and cultural processes.
