The exhibition includes videography, installation, photography, painting and some multimedia works, selected through an open call sent out in 2018 by the Grenada Arts Council with the theme “Epic Memory”. Based on the words of the poet Derek Walcott, the topic is meant to highlight through varied artistic practices the interconnectedness of the region due to the common heritage of shared memories. These result from the constant flux of relations and cultural exchanges occurred over the years in the Caribbean region.
