In this exhibition, artists present their ideal worlds where ancient spirits and mystical rituals converge, nomadic lifestyles evolve into space exploration, and hidden gateways open up to new possibilities.

With Kazakhstan‘s independence, its art gained momentum to envision a future free from Soviet influence and external control. In today’s turbulent times, Jerūiyq serves as a beacon guiding us towards overcoming our imagination crisis.

The title “Jerūiyq” refers to a fabled land from Kazakh legend, it has been passed down through oral tradition since the fifteenth century. It symbolizes the pursuit of discovery, growth, and hidden wisdom.
