The exhibition explores Latvia’s military defense from the perspective of border-area inhabitants. It aims to offer the international architectural discourse a study of the relationship between military defence and spatial condition in the Latvian context, examining the impact of defense measures on people and landscapes. It invites not only architects but also policymakers and defense specialists to consider both the physical and emotional effects of security strategies.
