Montenegro 2017

The Montenegro Pavilion is taken over by artists Ivana Radovanović and Adin Rastoder with a project titled “Čovjek Uomo Human”, curated by Zana Filipovis. 

There is something inexplicable and miraculous about art. Art is a mystery, artistic creation is a mystery, the experience of art is a mystery. A human being is also a mystery.  For their visual characteristics and artistic messages, projects Ivana Radovanović and Adin Rastoder represent separate components, but at the same time they make up an ensemble aesthetically unite and powerful. The two artistic concepts combine two different aspects of the human being.
Their contrasts actually create a unique message that invites us to reflect deeply on the meaning of human existence. Their project is therefore an appeal to change the world we live in to return to the integrity of its essential values.
