Muhannad Shono represents Saudia Arabia at the 59th Venice Biennale. The artist presents “The Teaching Tree“, a site-specific installation curated by Reem Fadda and assistant curator Rotana Shaker, designed to interact with the exhibition space in the Venetian Arsenal. The installation references the drawn line overgrown, now encapsulating a multitude of dimensions.
