Art Basel 2020 Online Viewing Rooms’ new editions to open in September and October

After the cancellation of the physical exhibition, due to the COVID emergency, Art Basel launched the Online Viewing Rooms. These are the fair’s virtual platform to connect world-leading galleries and the global network of former visitors, collectors and art enthusiasts.

Two new editions of the Online Viewing Rooms will be launched in September and October 2020 with different thematic focuses. From September 23–26, “OVR:2020″ will be dedicated to artworks produced in this year, while “OVR: 20c”, opening form October 28–31, will gather works produced in the 1990s. Each section will feature no more than 100 exhibitors, presenting a maximum of six works each.

For the first 48 hours, both the OVR will be exclusively accessible to Art Basel’s VIP guests.
