Florence takes homage after Nice’s attacks with a Black David

A copy of Michelangelo’s David in size, made ​​of Carrara marble like the original but painted black, lying in the Republic Square in the heart of Florence: this work is representing a symbol of suffering and mourning for terrorism and violence which afflict the world. Created by Massimo Barzagli and paid by the Pecci museum, the sculpture is called ‘ We ‘ and it will remain on the soil of the square until July 21 .
