Frieze New York 2020 Goes Digital

In light of global health concerns regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) and following advice and restrictions from local, national, international and health authorities, Frieze New York 2020 has postponed the fair to the next year but is going digital with a new platform for galleries, the viewing rooms. “We are excited to see how this initiative can expand the potential of our support for galleries and artists” -Victoria Siddall, Global Director of Frieze Fairs.

Frieze Viewing Room is an ambitious new digital initiative that will launch with an online edition of Frieze New York. From May 8-15, more than 200 galleries from across the globe will present major works by established and emerging artists in a virtual gallery space.
