Piazza della Signoria becomes a natural stage of contemporary art. In the night between Thurday and Friday the two sculptures by the Flemish artist Jan Fabre, the maxi-turtle “Searching for Utopia” and “The Man Who measures the Cloud” arrived in Piazza della Signoria.

The tartle will be staged next to the equestrian statue of Cosimo I, while the second sculpure will be set on the Arengario. In both works it is recognizable the self-portrait of Fabre, in the double role of a knight and guardian , as a link between earth and sky, between natural forces and spirit

The official opening of the exhibition, which includes other works inside Palazzo Vecchio, is scheduled for today, Friday, April, 15th and the exhibition will be open until October 2nd
