miart and Milan Art Week to be held in September 2020

Initially scheduled for 17 to 19 April, 2020 the twenty-fifth edition of miart, the international modern and contemporary art fair in Milan, directed by Alessandro Rabottini, will be held from 11 to 13 September 2020 (preview 10 September). Along with miart, as usual the Milan ArtWeek will also take place from 7 to 13 September. The decision has been made to  “better protect the health of visitors, exhibitors and citizens, in relation to the evolution of the spread of Covid-19”, as stated.

“For two weeks now, miart and Milano ArtWeek have been working intensely together with all the stakeholders to allow reprogramming of the events in the city and to guarantee the quality of the event at 360 °, which in recent years has been able to consolidate its research path. along with increasingly significant growth. The new dates offer miart and Milan ArtWeek the opportunity to be one of the first appointments of the new artistic and cultural season, helping to bring the city of Milan back to its international destination”.
