The doors of PART – Palazzi dell’Arte Rimini opeto the public for a special opening weekend: from Thursday 24 September, from 5 pm to midnight and Friday 25, Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September from 9 am to midnight. The preview for the press was held in the presence of the President of the Emilia-Romagna Region Stefano Bonaccini, the Mayor of Rimini Andrea Gnassi and the co-founder of the San Patrignano Foundation Letizia Moratti.

The  new museum is housed in the oldest medieval buildings of the historic center of Rimini, the thirteenth-century Palazzo dell’Arengo and the fourteenth-century Palazzo del Podestà, as part of a project shared with the San Patrignano Foundation.

This work of artistic-cultural redevelopment of the city has been made possible through an intense synergic work between public and private: the agreement between the Municipality of Rimini and the San Patrignano Foundation have allowed the city to be equipped with an innovative museum designed to be at one time an opportunity to approach contemporary art for the general public and an instrument to value the donations received from the community.

The permanent art collection includes works by Mario Airò, Vanessa Beecroft, Domenico Bianchi, Alessandro Busci, Maurizio Cannavacciuolo, Sandro Chia, Enzo Cucchi and many other artists.
