Taipei Dangdai Opens January 18, 2019

A new international art fair, Taipei Dangdai, opens in Taipei for the first time from January 18-20, 2019. This inaugural edition will see the participation of 90 of the world’s leading galleries, presenting around 1000 pieces by worldly renown international artists. The fair, taking place at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, is presented by UBS and brings together a refined selection of galleries, rigorously chosen by a committee.

The fair’s programme includes four Sectors: Galleries, Young Galleries, Solos and Salon, which present both established and emerging artists’ works. The event includes also an Ideas Program, which brings together influential thinkers of varied fields, from Taipei and beyond, to discuss the topic of art across cultures and disciplines, in relation to the past, present and future.
