The São Paulo Biennial Foundation Has Nominated its New Director

João Carlos de Figueiredo Ferraz has been nominated as new director of the São Paulo Biennial Foundation. The president will start his new career on January 1, 2017 and the mandatory will last two years.
Since 2014, the businessman has been advisor to the Biennial and he is also member of important institutions such as MASP, LACF MOMA, MAM-SP, and MUBE.

According to the new president, the main goal of his activity will be to continue the work driven by Luis Terepins in the last four years, enriching the program and its tools: “The Biennial is today a unique space for research, debate and develop the production of contents related to the visual arts.”
