“Treasures from the Wreck of the Unbelievable” by Damien Hirst to open at Galleria Borghese in Rome in 2021

A group of pieces from the famous and discussed exhibition “Treasures from the Wreck of the Unbelievable” by Damien Hirst will travel to Rome in the next months. They will be exhibited at Galleria Borghese, from May 10 – October 10, 2021, in all the museum’s halls. For the first time, the pieces by Hirst will be side by side with the ancient and precious works of art by Masters such as Caravaggio, Titian, and Bernini of the Galleria’s permanent collection. Besides them, also paintings from the “Color Space” series by Hirst will be on view.
“Treasures from the Wreck of the Unbelievable” debuted in 2017 at François Pinault’s museums in Venice.
