Unknown Unknowns. An Introduction to Mysteries
“Unknown Unknowns. An Introduction to Mysteries” seeks to answer a series of questions about what we still “don’t know we don’t know” in a variety of fields: from the evolution of the city to the oceans, from genetics to astrophysics. A profound experience, involving designers, architects, artists, playwrights and musicians, it gives the possibility to overturn our idea of the world. The thematic exhibition, curated by Ersilia Vaudo, astrophysicist and Chief Diversity Officer of the European Space Agency, is the nerve center of the 23rd International Exhibition, conceived as a space for open and plural debate and discussion, where different experiences, cultures and perspectives can converge. A journey with blurred and permeable contours that presents more than one hundred works, projects and installations by international artists, researchers and designers confronting the unknown.
